Lend Lease and London and Continental Railways (LCR), joint venture partners delivering The International Quarter, today announced that Transport for London (TfL) has signed a pre-let to occupy a building as part of the second stage of the £2.1 billion development at Stratford.
CONSTRUCTION has started on more than 300 new homes located on London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park as the second round of units goes on sale. The homes, known as Glasshouse Gardens, form part of the first phase of The International Quarter in Stratford and will be delivered by Joint Venture partners Lend Lease and London Continental Railways (LCR).
